I only want bucket seats for the comfort and head room. I’m 6’2 and I just want a lower seat.

Good review! I was wondering whether to buy one, now I know I will. My MX5 has started its conversion to being more of a toy car than a daily. The stock seats are holding me back on the skid pans

The part towards the end about amateurs and racing seats is so true. I spent years mastering the MX5 (10 to be exact) with 5 different NA’s, I finally put a spec Miata seat in, realized my limits were a lot higher than I thought. You can put less effort in driving and go a lot faster. Until you physically cannot hold yourself up anymore from the lateral g-force, you don’t need a racing seat.

Have you had any problems with the quality of the material, mine seems very thin and cheap. Plus it looks like it has some defects
